Pros:
Overall, the team I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided in-depth analysis about my PPC program. They were proactive in resolving issues and recommendations for next steps. They also provided comprehensive service and management and were a pleasure to work with.

Cons:
The only limitation I had with working with Point It! was their lack of a reporting tool.

Pros:
Point It has done an outstanding job with my million + keyword campaign. They are very skilled at large ppc accounts. They are great at the daily "heavy lifting" and are also great on keeping up to speed on the latest developments in pay-per-click advertising. Point It also has found a way to make the content network a quality acquisition channel for us. I highly recommend Point It.

Cons:
I have worked with Point It for over four years with two different companies. The only negative experience I had was they went over my monthly budget spend once, while I was out of town. However, they did adjust and manage the budget for the quarter, and my quarterly budget was inline.

Pros:
They know what they're doing, they're happy to work with us on tailoring our ad campaigns, they communicate very well, and they're available!

I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Cons:
Other than the inevitable pain of having to pay for this stuff, I don't have any negatives.

Pros:
Great company and staff. Well Organized. They've been managing our campaign for over 5 years and have grown our paid search campaign from scratch into our primary source of lead generation. Very smart professionals and know search inside and out.

Cons:
None really. We definitely don't have the budget of that software company in Redmond, but they've worked with us creatively so that it works out for both parties.

Pros:
Very knowledgeable and well organized principals, if you've got 5 figure monthly budget they would be a solid choice.

Cons:
We had a limited budget, so we received limited value add. I know this is to be expected, but it's a question of managing expectations and scope. What we ended up with was a low performing campaign that converted poorly (as it dumped visitors into regular web pages as opposed to custom landing pages). They should have limited the breadth of the campaign and provided a more complete effort that included the entire process from click to conversion. We ended up wasting a lot of $ on PPC that didn't convert well. Again this is about shaping expectations, and delivering value.

Pros:
Tried to be attentive to our needs and meet regularly to discuss performance.


Cons:
It took them a long time to truly understand our business and were limited in ability to grow in scale the keyword volume.
